My Teaching Philosophy

I believe that every learner is an individual with unique needs. It is essential for me to know my learners and to accommodate their different learning styles and personalities.

I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement, as every learner strives for encouragement and recognition. I believe in my learners, and my goal is to inspire them to become the best version of themselves.

My teaching approach is not only focused on curriculum content, but also on instilling values, morals, and life lessons that will guide learners beyond the classroom. As a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE), I embrace technology and 21st-century learning design to create engaging, relevant, and future-focused learning experiences.

Ultimately, my aim is to contribute towards raising and educating our children to become confident, responsible, and successful citizens of our country.
